Scuba Diving Courses

AAA Diving has a variety of scuba diving courses available for adults and for accompanied children as young as 10. All courses are taught by certified instructors, who strictly adhere to safety and quality standards. Gear is provided free for Open Water and Discover Scuba ONLY. For safety and comfort, gear is replaced each year.

If you plan to take a scuba diving course while on vacation in Hawaii, we recommend having the course materials sent to you ahead of time. By studying before you arrive, you'll be best prepared to have a great diving experience, and have more time to enjoy Hawaii.

Beginning Level Scuba Diving Courses

Discover Scuba Diving The Discover Scuba Diving program lets you experience the thrill of diving under the supervision of a scuba Professional. During your adventure, you will be taken on two dives on the open ocean and led through the amazing underwater world by one of our scuba instructors. Get up close to our amazing HONU, Green Sea Turtles!
Open Water Diver Learn how much fun diving is, while gaining confidence with scuba skills. Once you have completed this scuba course, you will be certified to dive up to 60 feet with a buddy, while carrying the most widely recognized and respected rating in the world.

Scuba Diving Courses for Kids

This is the same scuba diving certification that Open Water Divers attain. What a wonderful adventure to begin at an early age, as well as a great way to spend family time together.
Ages 10 to 11 Years
Ages 12 to 14 Years

Advanced Open Water Scuba Certification

Continue your triaing to the next level. With this scuba diving certification you can extend your limits to 100feet. This is a series of 5 dives, expanding your skills and adventures under the supervision of a scuba instructor.

Nitrox

Breathing Nitrox blends in our tanks quite simply put extends our bottom times! Not because it makes us breath different... you will consume your tank just like you do on air tanks, the difference is since there is less nitrogen in the blend, you can stay down longer. Remember that Recreational Dive Planner that tracks how much Nitrogen you absorbed??!! Take the class and learn and experience why you can stay down longer!

 

Emergency First Responder & Rescue Scuba Certification

Rewarding and fun – that best describes the Rescue Diver course. This course will expand your knowledge and experience level: Rescue Divers learn to look beyond themselves and consider the safety and well being of other divers. Although this course is serious, it is an enjoyable way to build your confidence.
