Method of Payment

We accept master card, visa, Personal Checks (out of state ok) and of course cash.

Please note: For the convenience of using your credit card, we charge a 3% fee. This is what the credit merchant charges us for the ability to take your credit charge.

Booking A Reservation

1. the name of your hotel (so we know where to pick you up)
2. the reservation name under which you are booked and/or a number we can reach you at while you are here. This is in case we need to reach you for any reason
3. a credit card number

Cancellation Policy

• Cancel greater then 24 hours and you will not be charged anything


• Cancel within 24 hours before your booking date (this means the day before or the morning of) charges are as follows:
  
  • 50% if you cancel within 24 hours before your booking date
    
  • only 25% charge will be incurred if you reschedule to another day (if done within 24 hours before your booking date) instead of canceling
    
  • 100% will be charged if you can't be bothered to call us and don't show up
